Looking for African American MSM's who are HIV+ and have a history of substance abuse to participate in a 6 week intervention to reduce the risk of further transmission or re-infection, and to reduce the use of substances. This group meets twice a week on Monday and Wednesdays from 1-3 at 5537 N Broadway. POWER is Positive Outcomes Wellness Education and Recovery.
